PROGRAMMING

  • Your customized training plan: includes warm up, main workout, and conditioning if applicable

  • Weekly accountability through online check-in forms: this is where we dive into your weekly wins and challenges, discuss things like energy and stress levels, anticipate potential upcoming obstacles to plan ahead, make any necessary changes, etc.

  • Habit tracking: through your client app.

  • Unlimited between check-in support: message your coaching between check-ins whenever a question or concern pops up. Please allow up to 24hrs for a response.

HOW IT WORKS

  • STEP 1

    Fill out an application form HERE -

    commits you to nothing but an email response from me (and maybe a life-changing next step).

  • STEP 2

    Jess will review your application and reach out via email.

    If you’d like to set up a call to discuss coaching options more in depth, get answers to any of your questions, etc. this is where we do that as well.

  • STEP 3

    If you decide this is the path for you, we move forward with onboarding you to your client portal, where you also fill out an in-depth form that helps me get to know all about you. You’ll submit your payment, and for nutrition clients, we’ll set up your first call to begin creating your personalized road map!

  • STEP 4

    From here you’ll have weekly check-ins, can track habits and training through your client portal, and can message Jess between check-ins for additional support. During check-ins we’ll assess progress, factors like stress and sleep, and more, and make any adjustments to your plan as needed.
