I struggled with my nutrition and fitness for years. Confused and overwhelmed by all of the conflicting information, I made a lot of mistakes, desperate to find my solution. It wasn’t until I took on a more flexible approach, and began learning about behavior change in my Master’s Degree that things really clicked for me.
