WHAT IT IS:
These personalized consultation calls are designed to get your questions answered, and/or give you clarity on how you can best move forward with your nutrition or fitness goals for long-term success.
No ongoing commitment, and no pressure to sign up for coaching.
Feel like they want some educated guidance on how to get started towards their goals.
Are interested in making their own plan, but would like some questions answered to feel more confident in doing so.
Have undergone 1:1 coaching, but would like some occasional guidance.
Do NOT need, and who are NOT looking for ongoing 1:1 coaching (i.e., weekly accountability and guidance, macro adjustments, workout programming, biofeedback checks, etc.)
FOR THOSE WHO:

Under my scope of practice I cannot treat, or answer questions surrounding treating a medical condition (i.e., diabetes, a current injury, etc.).
Once completed, these sessions are non-refundable. If the payee fails to attend the scheduled call, the session will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Strategy sessions are by phone call only (i.e., no Zoom video).
Price is $60 / 60min session.
The 5 slots will be filled by those who are first to book and pay.

We work together to uncover your barriers and close this gap, in order to help make those things you want to do easier.

I will review your application in the order it’s received, and reach out via email. If your goals line up with my scope of practice and areas of knowledge, you’ll also receive available time slots and payment information for a strategy session.
The first 5 people to reserve and complete payment for a session will secure a spot.

STEP 3
Upon booking and payment for your session, you will receive an invitation to join me on the (free) app I use. Here, you’ll complete an in-depth form that helps me get to know all about you. This gives me insight to your dieting history, current experience with nutrition, fitness, and other health habits, which allows me to give you the most personalized guidance and support.

STEP 4
Put the call on your calendar, write down any questions you want answered in the session, and stay by your phone at the scheduled time!
